Static Control\'s NeverTAB compared to OEM and Aftermarket PCRs

Static Control has introduced the first ever NeverTAB™ PCR for color toner cartridges. NeverTAB™ PCRs work just like the OEM, preventing toner additive build-up (TAB) and print defects due to TAB. TAB is the toner additive build-up that is embedded into and on the surface of the PCR during the cartridge life. On color PCRs, it appears as a colored build-up. On monochrome PCRs, TAB is a whitish-gray film. TAB creates an insulator barrier that results in print defects such as backgrounding, hazing and streaking.

New Distribution Center at Static Control

Less than five months after a powerful tornado flattened its Global Distribution Center in April, Static Control now operates from a new and improved state-of-the-art facility. The 174,000 square foot structure was built on the site of the former distribution center destroyed by a tornado April 16 of this year. No Static Control employees were injured, and no manufacturing plants were damaged.

The new HL-2240/2270 printers are similar to their predecessors, HL-2140/2170. They are rated at 24 ppm for the HL-2240, and 27 ppm for the HL-2270. Los Angeles, CA - Uninet announces the release of Absolute COLOR® toner, drums and smartchips for use in the HP LaserJet CP5225 color laser printer. Additional Uninet components to be released are also pending.

Another color printer in the CP3525/4525 product line, this wide format engine prints at 20 ppm with a 600 x 600 dpi resolution on plain, premium or glossy papers up to 12” x 18”. Automatic two sided printing is also included as a standard feature.

Toner cartridges are supplied in a 7,000 page black and a 7,300 page cartridge for the colors. They are targeted toward mid to high end office applications, such as marketing materials, presentations and general office color printing. This printer can do it all.
