We still reman approx. 75 - 85% of our carts. both ink and laser. Inks are a vanishing part of our business and so we don't really care what happens with them. Typically we outsource the cheapie lasers (85A's, 78A's, 35A's, TN450's and TN660's) and make pretty much everything else in-house. We are fortunate to have an outstanding team who are very proud of the carts. they produce. So we can make anything on the spot and never miss a delivery or an opportunity. The other thing is that we have always branded ourselves as the only local remanufacturers - in Maine, 'Maine-Made' means a lot to many of our customers. Once you go to comps., you have commoditized your business.
