MANY business owners believe that remanufactured and refilled cartridges result in more savings.

The truth, according to a study, is that one in 4 or 25.7 percent of remanufactured and refilled cartridges tested were found dead on arrival or failed prematurely compared to original HP cartridges.

The study covered first-cartridge yield and reliability for brands in Asia-Pacific. The study was conducted by technical test organization TUV SUD PSB. It showed that an average original HP inkjet print cartridge produced over twice as many pages or 106.6 percent more compared to Asia-Pacific brands of remanufactured and refilled ink cartridges.

not surprised about this.

thats why customer we surveyed, came across with the same testimonial.

Poor quality, no enough ink.

Even aftermarket, completed with pretty packaging, is poor. streaks.

Whether China or North America...the vendors do not give a damn about keeping the customer happy. Its all about the money.

We do reverse engineering with our products.

But we also know our limits, We hate Lexmark because of the chimney effect where the sponge sits on top of the aluminum cylinder.

We advise customer to go for Canon or HP inkjets.

Nothing has changed in the last 20 years since we have started.
