My customer who has a very old IBM portable printer (model number 5183) is looking for a replacement ribbon cassette (part number 1380610).
I am having difficulties in sourcing the ribbon for him - either OEM or compatible.
Could someone please advise where I may be able to get some - preferably in Canada or USA?
