Does anyone know who sells a good resetter ( or inexpensive ) for Canon CLI/PGI???

I have got one from Europe few months back; resetted about 50 cartridges, and had to replace battery once not long after using it. Resetter costed me over $60, and SCC chip will cost me a bit over $1. It seems that SCC chip replacement cost isn't bad if a $60 resetter only last about 50 cartridges reset.

Any information is appreciated!
