[Definit] What does not work for you?

I'm going to organize this thread to help out the community.
What has NOT worked for you in the past on inkjets? This way we can help out everyone and save some time, money, and a headful of fustration.
Everyone has their own way of working on cartridges. But I think there will be a more common area of what does not work. This way we can all work towards standardizing the way inkjets are done. This is a fragile business model and we must look past competition for the greatest competition is our own quality. If one person has a bad experience that person will usually tell at least 5 potentional other customers about the experience. We must first win the customer with reman quality over before we can compete with one another. While the economy is bad world wide this is our chance to gain a huge base of customers.
For us we have found the ultrasonic does not help. Also of course hand filling. Flushing a cartridge without pulling it threw the nozzles. Cold water.
Once I think of the others I will post.
