I’m am sure I’m not the only one that gets phone calls from customers complaining about our product only to discover 95% of the time it has nothing to do with our product but something else totaly unrelated. I have taken calls such as.....

I put your cartridge in and now my mouse don’t work.

It prints fine but there is static in my phone line now.

It will print on the front of the page but not that back.

It wont print any color ( hp laserjet 1012 )

There is smoke coming from the T.V. ( monitor )

We have also had "broken printers" that weren’t plugged in.

Old Epson printers that worked when they were put in the garage and left alone for 5 years. Our cartridges were put in them and for some reason don’t work.
