Imac Problems

Anybody knowledgeable about Imacs?
I have a 1998 model, PPC G3 233 mhz CRT Imac.
I rescued this from the recycler.
It is missing a file in the boot sequence.
The message is "Cannot find draglib--setdragimage"
Is there any way I can repair this from safe mode?
or do I have to go buy a system disk?
