Press button for test pages, with paper in both tray 1 & 2, sounds like it is going to pick up, but then gives 'Load Media' error. Press Continue button and it will print from Tray 2. If you remove Tray 2, it will print without a problem from Tray 1. Tested Tray 2 on another printer... same scenerio. Anyone have any ideas??? Question (I can't find a Service Manual for this thing anywhere. Sad
