I've just re-assembled my Officejet D135, after cleaning out the waste ink tank.

The machine now powers up, does its self test & just sits there.
If I tell it to copy a picture, it starts to scan & freezes.

There are no error messages, self test is ok.

Other than teach it to fly, does anyone have any suggestions?
