HP Laserjet color CP1215 and 8
HP Laserjet color CM1312MFP. They use the same cartridges and we have the same problem with OEM cartridge and remanufactured cartridges. The problem happen when we open the box and we tested the
printer, first page and the problem happen. We will contact
HP and
HP said to send to authorized. The problem is The colors do not match. There is ghost in the letters. We calibrate the
printer and did not solve. Pay attention, the
printer is new, just open box and print page test. This happen in many new
printers in these models. I would like of a solution because
HP delays 20-30 days to solve the problem because they came to another city.
