This customer's printer has an error message stating the ink system has failed with an error code 0xc18a0201.

I searched on the web and found some possible solutions that I tried with no success. I tried disconnecting the power cord. I tried taking out all the 02 cartridges (some of them are original, some of them are compatible).

The same error message persists.

What else could I do please?

Eric
