Sales Tax Question

I'm sure this is different in every state. Figured I'd ask anyways.
I'm in Spokane, WA , lets say I sell a cartridge to someone 80 miles away in Hope, ID - Their sales tax is different than my city. I operate out of my home in Spokane, WA - Which tax do I charge?
