To make a long story short...I am thru with (
SEE THIS)!!!!!
My largest client...which is a branch of Banks (16 total branches) has had problems 2 days in a row with the MICR
toner that they purchased.... the HEAD Loan Officer in the MAIN branch called me and said that she and the other officers were getting weird patterns down the side of the pages when they put in their new
toners...
So i promptly call (
SEE THIS)..get an RMA and get new ones next dayed out to me...WELL GUESS WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I PUT THEM IN A FEW MINUTES AGO? YOu got it..they didnt work.....lets just say...they were highly upset (i don't blame them...when they have customers sitting in their office

)...
OMG i am about to explode....
Earlier last year (
SEE THIS) caused me to lose out on the largest potential client ever...WAL-MART....to make a long story short..WAL-MART allowed me to service one of their distribution centers...so they could see if it was worth it to our company over using OEM's...they had about 100
printers...ALL
LEXMARK T642, and T644!!!
They were spending about 27,000/ month on
toner.....well GUESS what happened...they bout 20
toner from me....and 6 didn't work!!!! 4 had electrical contact issues....and 1 kept putting out excess
toner...and 1 just leaked all over the floor!!!!!
Lets just say....they decided to stay with the OEM's...you only get one chance to make a first impression....
NOW..to (
SEE THIS)s credit...they replaced everything in a timely matter...but it still cost me the potential account..i mean do the math people...we were talking 27k/ mnth times 30 distribution centers...thats over 800k per month!!!!
Now i had been partialy using (
SEE THIS) since we opened...and had not had any issues..so i chalked it up as a mistake...i try to give everyone in life 2 chances...
Well low and behold...here we go again...anyways..i'm done with them...anybody have any suggestions on
toner providers?
