Hello,

I do not know why some customers have problems with the black cartridges after refill.
Lately 3 of my customers came back with the cartridges because they got a '' BLACK INK EMPTY'' message.
Tried with a differet cartridge...same message.
Tried to clean the lenses, but no success.

Can anyone explain why is this happening?

I am using (SEE THIS) BKP45.
