My wife saw this on the news, so I googled for it & here is hit #1.
The Columbian Police discovered for the first time a shipment of black cocaine. The 15 packs were destined to El Dorado Airport in Bogota. Because of the lack of smell the packs were identified as cocaine only 2 days after being discovered in the tank of a vehicle. Not even the most experimented dogs could not trace the substance. Police had to require lab tests.
The laboratory samples will be sent to other authorities in order to facilitate confiscation and to identify it’s exacts chemical elements. Black cocaine could be untraceable in print toner packs, make-up kits or fertilizer. A special solvent is required to restore it’s color before reaching the market.
