A customer complained that the cartridge did not last as long as the others bought from us before. It only lasted for about 2 weeks.
I emphasized to her that it depended on how many pages had been printed over that period of time and the coverage percentage.
In order to prove one way or the other, I think a printout of the number of pages printed with the cartridge would be more indicative and useful.
