Hello, I have a customer that uses the Lexmark 32 and 34 Black ink cartridges. Now what the problem we are having now is the printer wil not work untill the ink level shows full or even half full. any ideas on what we could try. Im up to try antying time at this point and the customer too.. Thank InkRight
