I noted an article a bit back in recharger (for what its worth now) about bumping up labour charge for repairs for printers, AiO.
Noting most customer attack me with, I can buy a printer for that.
This may be a ploy to reduce your labour charge.
Noting, if they had to pay HP or Lexmark, Xerox for onsite, they would be looking at big money.
Xerox here, was looking for $149 for 30 minutes onsite.
