This is something new to us. The machine tries to fax a document, dials the number, you can hear the remote machine answer and a second later it goes back to "Ready" state without feeding and/or faxing the document. No problem receiving faxes or copying from an ADF or glass.
We checked settings - everything looks OK.

Please help! We ran out of options and are open to suggestions.
