I have a customer which sends many small jobs to their printer and the mag in the HP 42X cartridge which I sent them was eaten up with 25% of toner still left in the cartridge.

I am using Oasis toner/drum, with Future Mag, and Kuroki blades. I have requested some toner/drum from Future to see if it works better with their mag.

Do you guys do anything special when remanufacturing these cartridges? What components/vendors do you use such that the cartridge lasts through the entire cycle?
