Hello all,

I had some awesome customers today and I just wanted to share a couple of fun stories with you:

1) A gentlemen came in with a BC-20. Even though it was full of ink, it just wasn't printing anymore (not my refill). He informed me he had been refilling his cartridge FOR 10 YEARS. He never let the cartridge go empty and would periodically just add a small amount of ink with a refill kit he bought some time ago. When I expressed my astonishment with how long the he had used the same cartridge, he said "Really, I thought it would have lasted longer than that." He bought a refill and I told him I'd see him again in 2017.

2) Another gentlemen came in with an HP 56 complaining that it too was printing blank pages. This time it was my refill. I put the cartridge in the tester-100% pass. I plop it on the scale and it weighs 26g-30% less than the average incoming empty weight. I informed him that his cartridge was basically 130% empty and asked him if the printer had told him he was low on ink. He says, "The printer stopped telling me that 3 months ago." I could see the expressions on his face change as everything clicked-he bought another cartridge and apologized for being so curt when he first came in.
