I have an old employee and he is in indoor sales from long. He is not so good in it though but due to our product quality, he was surviving. Now I am lauching a website to reduce store sales an increase online orders.

We are remanuracturing toner cartridges (500 plus a month) that is why we need to have printer repairing section too. I just wanted to know

How do I start off with it. From layout of the printer repairing section to tools and everything. I will be sending him for the cources though.

I will appreciate any sort of help.
