Hi all, one of my better ink and toner customers sent me through an email regarding a problem with their Toshiba 2860 photocopier as they thought I may be able to help.
The problem is that it will only produce full black pages.
As I have had very little to do with these machines I thought I would throw it out there in case someone could point me in the right direction. If it's something simple I may get involved, if not then...
