Are cartridge filling jigs necessary when vacuum filling?
Posted: Wed Mar 10, 2010 04:10 AM
When we purchased our ECO machine it came with various jigs to tightly close off the nozzles on the print head during the vacuum fill cycle so that when the vacuum is released air does not enter through the nozzles.
I wanted to get additional jigs as we are starting to refill multiple cartridges at the same time, but they are not cheap. Is everyone who does not have ECO machines but are using other vacuum fill machines just using regular clips or are there other sources where to buy those types of filling jigs?
