It appears that the Brother DR8000 is reset by way of a reset sheet. Does anyone have a scanned copy of this as a new customer replaced their drum some time ago but they tell me the drum counter never reset. In fairness they print no more than 20 pages a week on their printer and have left it too long to go back to their original supplier. They also thought it was a problem with their printer and used another one but it should be an easy fix.
