Phaser 6110 leaving white streak down the middle

I have a customer with an Xerox Phaser 6110. Anything she prints, a white line runs down the middle of the page. Replacing the cartridges didn't help it.
Anyone have any ideas? I will be doing a delivery there tomorrow so if anyone has any tips on what to look for, let me know.
