were having a problem with some e120 toners, where it appears to be light on one side, another issue were having is where theres backgrounding all throughout the page

does anyone have any suggestions to rectify these problems, one of the things we noticed was that when you put the toner unit into the machine it doesnt have a very hard clicking feeling, like its not connecting that well

any help would be appreciated
