We give a 12 month guarantee with all our cartridges that extends to the
printer, should our cartridge be the cause of the problem with the
printer. With
toner that's not a big deal as usually the worst that can happen is that the
toner leaks and we clean it up. Looks awful, but cleans relatively easy. However, if an ink cartridge leaks how easy is it to clean up? I guess it's almost impossible, correct me if I'm wrong. For that reason should we sell ink, or even not extend our guarantee to the
printer where ink is concerned? Or am I making a big deal about nothing?
