customer using duplex when printing double sided contracts. considering the duplex is part, not removable, of the printer, any ideas? we cleaned the paper path. for one sided printing, no problems. printer has 300K pages. goes like a bat out of hell, but stalls frequently during duplex Roy Hanson Technical Services
