I have a customer that came in today. He bought 5 hp 60 black cartridges. He call me about 4 hours later and said the cartridge is reading EMPTY or 1/2 full. I told him that i couldnt reset the ink level to show full on that cartridge and it should still print saying empty or 1/2 full.
What do you do on something like that.
Do you have a sign up?
