Everyone has ran into this. Customer calls, wants a special order item like a Copystar or something and says "I need it ASAP!!!"

The next day the customer never picks it up. Ok no problem maybe the next day.

One week later the customer never picks it up.

One month later the customer comes in and finally buys the cartridge.

Yeah thats really ASAP. And this happens A lot.



Then we have another customer. They needed a newer brother color laser cartridge. No problem we can have it here tomorrow. Well tomorrow comes around and they call (no joke) 6 times wondering if UPS has arrived and do we know where they are..... Seriously? Then they decide UPS is taking to long and buy's the cartridge from Staples. Leaving me with higher COG's (Cost of goods) which my pay check is based on.

FUUUUUUUUUUUU
