Would You Sell Epson Refillable or CISS?

Hi Guys I've been looking for alternatives for epson compatible cartridges and stumbles over epson refillable cartridges and ciss systems and I have 2 questions.
1. Do the epson refillable cartridges work better than the compatibles IF i fill them with good high quality ink?
2. Do any of you in the refill business sell CISS Systems ? I've stayed away from them up to this point because of the fact sales would be few and far in between with this system? Whats your experience or views?
