Toner Workstation Area

Am about to get in my toner workstation (Black Hole) and was wondering if I need to enclose the work area from a dust point of view. I don't really want to go to the trouble of building a section to enclose it, but on the other hand I don't want all my finished stock getting dusty. It will be in an open area on a mezzanine with at least 30 foot eaves. I'll have 820 sq ft and the remaining 820 sq ft or so will be open. I told the landlord not to bother going to the expense of segregating it on my behalf but now I'm wondering if I'm going to have a dust problem. If it helps I am very particular when working and if all the dust should go into the workstation then I'm pretty sure that's where it will go.
