I tested a TN2000 from a particular supplier with whom I was having problems (lovely grammar, init!) and it tested fine with a lovely test page to prove it. I called into a new customer today and installed it to get the message "toner low, replace". What the? I take the cartridge out only to see the flag gear is showing empty. The question is can it slip down like this even though it is full of
toner, or does it indicate that there is actually no
toner in it? I'm just not set up for remanufacturing yet so don't want to go opening it.
