Has anyone been getting premature PCR failures for these cartridges?

DATA:
64X PCR streaks after 1532 pages - Oasis/Future Graphics 4K PCR
64A PCR streaks after 1086 pages - Static Control 4K PCR

I'm not sure, but I think this may be caused by the type of Padding Powder ((SEE THIS)) I use.

Any ideas out there?
