We've seen a similar problem with 2 different customers both of which have the CM2320 AIO. The problem is that every once in awhile there will be a stripe of color across the page. In the most recent case, the customer did not have any sheets to show me but she said that the color would vary and that it was intermittent. In our test printer (CP2025), the 1st page comes out with a yellow stripe (one was 1/4" thick, the 2nd time it was 1/2" thick) square in the middle of the page (horizontal). Just wondered if anyone out there was seeing peculiar problems with this printer model(s).
