Lady came in with this printer the other day and said it wont work. We determined it needed new drum and a new black cartridge. Built cartridge and tested and worked fine. Then we moved to the drum issue. Bought new OEM drum and replaced. Now printer puts a fold in the first couple inches of paper and jams every time. Obviously we didnt put it back together right, anybody have an idea where to start looking for the culprit?
