Being an inkjet it's not worth calling in a tech, but I have a feeling this is a simple fix. It's seems to be grabbing the paper wrong and pulling it at an angle,as a result not letting the paper through. There seems to be only one pickup roller on the side that it's grabbing the paper. Kevin They tried to sell me a feckin' refill!!!
