Hi, I have a problem with a customer's printer I'm hoping to get some help with.
It's an Oki C3400 and the problem is that it repeatedly prints a ghosting image down the left hand side of the page. It does have my remaned cartridges in it however all the drum units are OEM. I have tried to scan a doc to upload but even at 600dpi it is difficult to see. The defect interval is 80mm however I have not been able to find a defect chart to compare this to. None of the drum units are below 60% life remaining and I think that at an 80mm interval it would rule this out. It occurs with black images and I also have a sample of a red logo repeating as well.

I'm a bit stumped, any ideas??? Confused
