I need to factory reset because my employee tried to see the print counter and the display is blinking "- - - ". Power off and on, but come "- - - " again. The printer prints but don't appear Ready that would be "0" on display. Please answer me asap because I need to solve this problem. If any also can send me service manual, Thanks. (SEE THIS)
