AIO laser printer recomendation

Hi there,

I looking for a reliable laser printer. I only print black so no need for color at this time. Going to be hard wired USB.

I'm looking for durability, a good page yield and small footprint. I've looked at the HP LaserJet M2727nf. It's $500 with 7k page yield. Looks good but I don't like to buy on the fly.

Any suggestions from some experts out there?
