A change to the Private Message System

Hello All.
Unfortunately, because of private selling, business promoting, and requests that abuse the rules by vendors & some members, the way the PM system works has been tweaked.
Along with a notice of the rules, that have existed, visible when you compose a Private Message, the following is how the system will function:
For Sponsors & Premium members; You will not notice a difference. YOU CAN BE CONTACTED BY AND CONTACT ANY MEMBER.
For FREE members, the following now applies; You can contact or be contacted by Sponsors & Premium Members only. FREE members can not PM FREE members.
In addition to that, all members can still be contacted by of contact Admins & Moderators.
