Post ASSEMBLY LINE PROCESS

Hi Everyone,

I've been contemplating starting more of an "Assembly Line" process, vice having a technician build one cartridge at a time.

See the following thread from a previous discussion:
imagerzone.com/ForumsP...+line.html

My company has experienced exponential growth, even during this time of "financial difficulties," which kind of makes sense based on what our industry can provide... Very Happy

But as we grow I find the need for more of a Quality Inspection process that can inspect the product (internals) prior to its final assembly and test phase.

I'm interested in the mechanics of how some of you are performing this Assembly Line Process. I've done it in the past (see the thread above), but want to take this to a different level.

Any ideas out there that can be shared? If necessary, due to a company policy of sharing "secrets," you could PM me with this information.

I promise not to award anyone with a Dancing Banana; however, the ImagerZone is coming up with a few more Banana Emoticons for our collective pleasure... Twisted Evil
