I have a strange problem here and was wondering if anyone else has seen this. We are using SCC BOM for the 4015's and have been producing around 1000 a month with no isuues or problems. today we started testing some carts and could rub toner off the page, we tried in another machine and same thing. We put in an OEM and it worked fine. I have some techs troubleshooting now but figured couldn't hurt asking the experts on here.
