I came across 2 incidents of paper jams half way out of the fuser. In the first instance, prints with a lot of color on it would sometimes make it only half way out of the fuser and stop. the toner would not fuse to the paper very well.

The second incident was with a different customer. Customer said that there seems to be a crusty build up on the fuser. I think he mentioned it was black. The paper would jam somewhere in the fuser.

Both of the customers may have used at the most 2, maybe 3 cartridges from me. I've been using (SEE THIS) & Uninet toner. does anyone know if the toner formulation could be making the fuser crusty causing it to jam half way out of the fuser?
