I have a customer that just put in 4 cartridges I sent her and now the printer is printing blank pages. There is no error on the display and all the cartridges show as full.

She did say that she changed all the cartridges besides the yellow and printed 1 page and it came out yellow. So she changed the yellow and nothing prints on the pag.
