I have a customer with a K5400 printer. Recently their black printhead would produce lines in the black text on normal and draft mode. They bought a new printhead, and has the same results. Unless they print in best mode, they have lines every 1 inch or so. Even talked to HP tech support with them sending in a new printhead, same results. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix it??

Second question they have is what is the difference in page yield from normal to best? I have yet to find any website showing the difference in yields between modes. Any help is greatly appreciated.
