I seem to get this on different printers with different toners. I try it in my test printer and it works ok, I put it in various customers printers and some work and some give the error. The printers all have the same firmware. Cartridges have different chips on them. I have tried various chips from different companies. I do a google search and find lots of people have this problem but so far no solution. I have tried swapping the toners around in the machine and then back again. I have cleaned the contacts. no luck so far.
