Hey everyone,

We are having a interesting defect. I have attached what the defect looks below in PDF format.

The defect ONLY appears after sitting for a week or so. We have seen this occur in HP 05A's and 53A's. We are using SCC parts HP1320MDR AND the dedicated DR. blades. We ARE NOT using any cleaning chemcials and each part has even been replaced.

This really has us stumped. We think it is a defect with the DR's or the Mag's.

This only happens on the HP1320MDR though and no other cartridges. We only have one tech doing lasers also.

We contacted SCC but getting them to admit if there is acuity a problem with the mag's is impossible due to their tight lip policy's.

Not refilling but remanufacturing.
